All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by Carplay Solutions. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This email does not constitute acceptance; it is a confirmation that we have received your request.

2.2 Order Acceptance

A contract of sale between you and Carplay Solutions will only be formed when we dispatch the Products to you and send an email confirmation that the Products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation").

2.3 Product Availability

All Products are subject to availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular Product, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment made for that Product.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 Pricing

The price of the Products will be as quoted on the Website at the time you submit your order, except in cases of obvious error. Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which will be added at checkout.
