Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Period: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. The total purchase amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 14 days after we have received the returned product.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Warranty
2-Year Warranty on AI-Box: All AI-Box products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If an issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Warranty exclusions
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by external events (e.g. water damage, accidents, or natural disasters)
